As a PHP programmer, you will have the chance to work on a website that gets tens of millions of users a month. If that’s not a challenge enough for you, we run many other sites that require your attention too. Our PHP / MySQL Developers must be able to develop, test and maintain projects, script, websites from scratch. Not relying on any third party template based systems like Joomla. Day to day tasks may include maintaining our website backend’s as well as improving on it’s current offerings.
Main responsibilities:
Lean/Optimized PHP coding for backend development, ensuring minimal server load. MYSQL/database interacting HTML, CSS and JavaScript development for the User Interface (intermediate) Updating existing PHP infrastructure as well as designing new backends from scratch Candidate profile:
Keen and knowledgeable about Web and Database technologies Keen on taking on challenges and developing effective skills in software development Bright, energetic and able to work under pressure to achieve system release plan Able and willing to constantly update his skillset Strong team player Fluent English Experience of remote server management (desirable) Must be able to begin work within 15 days of accepting post.
